核心技术

和付智能科技拥有全球领先的人工智能对话交互、精准问答、语义理解及用户画像等核心技术。自2017年公司成立以来,公司围绕人机智能语音交互场景展开深度前沿研究。2018年9月和付智能科技发布自研智能语音外呼机器人“探意”及深度学习语义理解引擎“和付大脑”,实现语音、语义智能理解在呼叫场景的智能化和数据资源管理自动化,以及算法训练流程化。南京探意电销机器人在自有的智能引擎和基础数据架构之上,和付智能还将围绕语音识别、语音合成、机器情感分析、文本生成、数据挖掘等研究领域,持续投入研发精力,使最终能够服务于平台化的产品、改善产品体验和品质。

和付智能科技重视人工智能前沿算法的基础研究工作,成立之初即成立了和付人工智能研究院。目前,和付人工智能研究院拥有近30名全职算法研发人员,80%的科研人员毕业于浙江大学硕士及以上学历,并拥有英国帝国理工大学、南洋理工大学、香港科技大学等海外知名院校高等科研人才。公司成立仅一年,团队成员在代表人工智能领域最高技术水平的各大学术会议发表超过30篇前沿论文,包括人工智能领域国际顶级会议IJCAI(国际人工智能联合会议),AAAI(美国人工智能协会),ACL(国际计算语言学协会),NIPS(神经信息处理系统进展大会),KDD(数据挖掘大会),SIGIR(国际信息检索大会),WWW(国际互联网大会)等知名会议。如此高产的科研成果,为和付智能持续保持行业技术领先性奠定坚实的基础,以通过人才集聚推动技术革新并促进和付智能在人工智能领域的宏远发展。
